We help Korean organizations work out which notifications and approvals their project needs, and whether it runs into sanctions issues.
About the Center
We are a Korean non-governmental organization based in Sejong. Groups planning contact with North Korean counterparts must file notifications and obtain approvals under Korean law, and the requirements sit across several agencies. We walk organizations through what applies to their case, review sanctions exposure before a project starts, and run training for people entering the field.
